Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Order Transit time is 2-4 business days.Â
Shipping is FREE, and in most cases shipped USPS, UPS ground, or Fed-ex Ground. Please know that transit delays are possible due to high volume with carriers, weather, or postal service problems that are all out of our control.

International Shipping
At this time we do not offer International Shipping, only United States Domestic.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@humanitysource.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We will have to ship USPS if the delivery address is a P.O. box
